Setup Fee: £250 (one-time)
Monthly Plans: Standard (£14.99) or Pro (£29.99) per month
Annual Plans: Standard (£199.99) or Pro (£299.99) per year
Payments are processed via Stripe. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.
Setup fee: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if service is not yet deployed. Monthly subscriptions: Non-refundable. Annual subscriptions: Non-refundable with remaining balance credited to future use.
You agree to provide accurate business information, use the service lawfully, not use the AI for illegal content, maintain account confidentiality, and comply with all applicable laws.
You own all data provided about your business. We store it securely to operate your AI assistant and do not use your business data to train other customers' assistants without consent.
We aim for 99% uptime but provide service "as-is" without guarantees. We are not liable for temporary interruptions, downtime for maintenance, or loss of data due to force majeure.
